I like rock songs! I really do! And my favourite yadrock band is Hootie & Blowfish! All band members has came together to perform more than 50 concerts for their fans in 2019! To know more about Hootie & Blowfish in 2019 visit website Hootie and the Blowfish tour Birmingham. You won't miss any concert this year if you visit the link!

I was a host teen in 1990 to Grainne Gillen - we've stayed in touch & I'm so grateful! For anyone from 1990's UP we have a Facebook Group, "Ulster Project 1990". We've found a few, but still many, many more to reconnect with! Good luck to all future participants - the memories truly last a lifetime!

So it's been a long time since I did the project (20!!!)
Still remember it fondly and wish I could see the video they made of our video... Took lots of photos of my group that where then used as the official ones used to introduce project...
Anyway.. Thinking of writing a film script based on experience, a nostalgia film set in 1990s if anyone has any strong memories they'd like to share to add to my own please do do.
For those that may remember me yes I did end up making my career in the arts.. Think you all figured I would. Anyway peace and warm fuzzies

I encourage anyone who might be interested to join this project. It's fantastic. The amount of time given by counselors, host families, and the hard work of the teens themselves, make this whole thing incredibly unique. I've seen nothing like it. Since 1998 I've supported this, and it has always proved to be incredibly positive-- It instills values and creates a family that has always kept growing. Incredible. Cheers to all involved.
